Scope Of Work
Costello Construction is currently under construction on the new Catonsville District Courthouse. The five-story, 130,000 SF facility is being built on 5.9 acres in the Rolling Crossroads Professional Park and will feature eight courtrooms, more than doubling the size of the existing courthouse.
Its eco-friendly design will feature bio-retention and water quality features as well as a green roof. The project is designed to achieve a minimum of LEED Silver Certification.
Expected project completion is Spring 2019.
