Scope Of Work
North River Inner Belt contracted Connor Design Architecture and H&H Builders to provide an expansion and remodel of office space for their tenant Triumvirate Environmental. This expansion of office space included the remodeling of existing Triumvirate Environmental space as well as expanding into unoccupied space on the floor. In total there was approximately 9,000 square feet of new space provided. This expansion and remodel included new offices, conference & training rooms, a new larger fitness center as well as 2,700 square feet of additional work station & collaboration space.
