Scope Of Work
H&H Builders recently completed a build-out of a 2,560 square foot office for CBRE New England at 33 Arch Street, Boston. This space on the 30th floor was completely gutted and remodeled. It now consists of a kitchen, an open meeting area, a conference room, corner office, and open office area.
An IT room, electrical and coat closet complete the space which is now available for potential tenants. Having recently finished an office build-out on the same floor for TekSystems, 33 Arch Street was confident in H&H Builders’ ability to successfully complete this Spec Suite with exceptional quality.
