Scope Of Work
H&H Builders in conjunction with Connor Design was contracted by Cornerstone Corporation to provide a tenant fit-up, construct two new shower/changing rooms as well as to refresh the common area restrooms on the second floor of 20 City Square in Charlestown, MA. The space consisted of approximately 9,500 square feet. The tenant fit-up was completed for newly acquired tenant, Marc USA while the shower/changing rooms were constructed for Lendlease, an existing tenant of the second floor.
