Scope Of Work
Remodeled the existing mezzanine that we had previously finished out back in 2006 approx.: 9,700sf & expanded/finished out another 5,000sf of mezzanine shell space. Total finished out mezzanine office approx.: 14,700sf, included demolition of existing interior offices to create large training room, constructed new private offices along all mezzanines exterior storefront glass, constructed conference rooms, matched all 2006 finishes.
