Scope Of Work
Diversified is fortunate enough to be one of McDonald’s partners helping to roll out remodels throughout the Metro showcasing a high-tech and modern aesthetic. These builds are complicated as the project takes place while portions of the store remain open to the public. This requires extra safety precautions, dust barricades and intricate scheduling. We phase the portions to be remodeled very precisely and must adhere to absolute deadlines. The full store remodels take between 8-10 weeks in total; they are very fast paced, especially considering we are only working on segments of the space each week!
