Scope Of Work
Ausonio constructed the buildings using many new materials and advanced construction methods to assure that the buildings are healthy, less costly to operate and environmentally responsible because the campus was designed to comply with the U.S. Green Building Council’s LEED rating system and the California Collaborative for High Performance Schools. More than fourteen innovative construction techniques were required for successful completion of the Chartwell School campus. Chartwell is a multiple award winner and was the first 100% LEED certified Platinum campus in the United States which is the highest honor for the US Green Building Council.
