Scope Of Work

The Market Village project consisted of a city coordinated mixed-use development. Collins Construction worked with an area developer to construct the two restaurant shell buildings at the main entrance to this development. Collins Construction built two wood and steel structures with brick and stucco accented exteriors. The construction consisted of the shell building construction only and included grease lines to service the tenants and stub-ins of all utilities to the space.
