Scope Of Work
Collins Construction Group has been working on the new Clubhouse at the Lake Arrowhead 8,000 Acre gated master planned golf community.
Collins is currently constructing the 12,133 square foot Clubhouse over looking the new 18th Fairway. The project consists of the Clubhouse incorporating office space, pro shop, bar, casual grill, banquet rooms, and full service commercial kitchen.
The Clubhouse features include stacked stone, cedar roofing and siding with large timber accents with large porch areas overlooking the course on the exterior. The interior will be accented throughout with stone fireplaces, TIG wood accents, and vaulted ceilings.
