Scope Of Work

Wheeler Orthodontics' newest , a 7,400 square-foot, state---art , located at 755 E. Veterans Drive,  Cookeville.

  includes more than 5,550 square feet  first-floor space  almost 1,850 square feet  private event space on  second floor.  wood-frame structure consists  stone veneer, HardiePlank® lap siding,  rough sawn lumber overhangs, which gives this modern  a charming, craftsman-style look.

 standing seam roof system will provide   a more durable  maintenance-free alternative while giving excellent thermal performance that will help reduce the ’s overall  waste.

 1,300 square-foot waiting room showcases exposed beams overhead, a beautiful gas fireplace, coffee bar  large gaming  for  kids.  nearly 1,000 square-foot treatment  is accented with vaulted tongue  groove ceilings  15’ arched windows,  includes 10 treatment chairs, two private treatment rooms, an x-ray room, employee break room, as well as a brushing station with four sinks.

 ’s flooring is a mixture  luxury vinyl plank, ceramic tile  carpet,   ceilings are comprised  tongue  groove wood, painted gypsum board  acoustical ceiling tiles.

 second floor features a large sitting  at  top   stairs, two separate  locker rooms with showers, a full kitchen with 6’ island and attached lounge , a 14’ x 20’ covered porch with vaulted ceiling  exposed Douglas fir rough sawn beams,  a multipurpose room that can be used as a fitness  or private event space.
