Scope Of Work
Family Worship Center, located Murfreesboro, Tenn., needed assistance revitalizing its vision for future growth. As part our Design-Build , J&S met with committee to help design a new master plan with several phases . This two-phase expansion included a new parking new spacious entryway.
committee wanted look to convey unity by having entire connected through new additions rather than multiple, stand-alone buildings.
The parking lot expansion included 5,163 square yards asphalt paving, extruded curbs additional parking lot lighting.
During second phase , J&S added a new 2,335 square-foot entryway with a state---art coffee bar guest restroom to existing sanctuary. entryway consists metal studs, brick, EIFS, aluminum windows, acoustical ceilings, a mixture roof materials including metal standing seam and asphalt shingles. fire sprinkler system was also updated in order to meet current codes as well as to prepare congregation for future growth expansion.
