Scope Of Work

 included design    a new   for Clark Lumber Company, a producer  world-famous hardwood lumber headquartered  Red Boiling Springs, Tenn.

This new 5,022 square-foot   Macon County features 4,397 square-feet  conditioned  plus three covered exterior entrances.   showcases seven offices, public  private restrooms, a large conference , reception , with additional  spaces  storage  throughout.

 exterior space allows for ample parking for both employees  customers, a low maintenance, all-masonry exterior, a standing-seam metal roof, as well as numerous windows and glass which increases natural lighting throughout  .

 Design-Build contract included architectural   fees, all  , plus  costs which combined design   quality, cost,   into a single point  responsibility.

This  was  on   within  client’s established budget. 

Clark Lumber Company, a multi-generation, family-owned , manufactures more than 130,000 board-feet  lumber per day from its two mills; located  Red Boiling Springs  Lafayette.
