Scope Of Work
The John F. Miller School project, built for Clark County School District, involved the new construction of a 73,496 square foot educational facility in Las Vegas, Nevada. The facility houses 120 students with special needs, ages three to 22 years old. The school was constructed with a tilt-up panel structure, an exterior metal cladding, and an interior which is designed to stimulate the senses of the students through specially chosen tactile surfaces and visual stimuli. The project also featured the construction of protected courtyards, providing the school with extra day lighting, and the students with extended outdoor learning opportunities.
