Scope Of Work
The Clyde Cox Elementary School Classroom Addition project, built for the Clark County School District, included the renovation and new construction of a 31,000 square foot classroom addition to the elementary school’s campus located in Las Vegas, NV. The facility houses 22 classrooms for kindergarten, special education, and Science Technology Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) curriculums. The classroom addition was constructed on a slab-on-grade concrete foundation with a steel and concrete masonry unit block structural frame, a concrete masonry unit block exterior, and a membrane roof. The project also featured a low voltage and informational network system for informational connectivity between the building addition and the existing school. The Clyde Cox Elementary School Addition project provided a state-of-the-art facility for students in the Clark County School District.
