Scope Of Work
This project targeted the aged and failing sanitary and sewer system located at Territorial Hall. The existing system was removed and rerouted into an adjacent city right of way.
Using contractor preferred means and methods, Loeffler developed a trenchless excavation method that offered the least disruptive approach to adjacent pedestrian parking and vehicular roadways. Through creative pre-planning and coordination with directional drilling equipment, an existing patio was able to be saved, offering the project alternative funds to address other high priority items in the area such as the parking lot and utility upgrades.
