Scope Of Work
Complete site-work for new medical office building. Clear and grub, strip topsoil, site cuts and fills with 35,000 yard import of structural material, 10,000 sf of Small Block Retaining Wall, blast, excavate and crush ledge for re-use on site, furnish and install drainage system, install water main and services with Hot Box, install gravity sewer, install primary electric, transformer pad, site lighting, gravel sub-base and asphalt parking areas
