Scope Of Work
- Complete site work for 97 room hotel.
- Excavate and backfill for foundation, install new 6" fire protection from main building, site and roof drainage; install meter pit to building including backflow preventer and meter in pit - chlorinate and pressure test; install 6" sewer line from building to 5,000 gallon bypass tank to three sewer manholes then into existing main - vacuum and pressure test, install concrete curbing, install asphalt pavement, and install 4,600 s/f of Versa-LOK retaining wall with guardrail on top of wall.
- Project location was between a Hampton Inn and a Howard Johnson, work performed without disturbing the daily operation of either hotel.
- Worked closely with environmental engineering company on capping of entire site with geo-grid and a 1' cap of clean fill.
- Project completed in nine months.
