Scope Of Work
Erosion Control, Demo parking lot and guard rail, Furnish and install Bio retention soil, outfalls, Rip Rap and rain gardens. Furnish and install new sidewalks, 650lf of wooden guard rails, 98 wooden bollards and removable bollards, benches, two 25lf gates and outdoor shower. Furnish and install approximately 800cy of beach sand, 4100sy of paved parking lot, line striping, signage, landscaping and plantings.
