Scope Of Work
Bayview II at The Colony at The Grand is located on a 175-acre site and was the initial offering of residences at The Colony. Overlooking Sweetwater Lake and Mobile Bay, the 8-story building was designed with a central core and two angled wings with seven condo units per floor. Among the many features and amenities this condominium offers are waterfront screened porches, custom millwork and handcrafted surfaces, wood timber ceiling accents, custom cabinetry and granite countertops, retreat-sized master bedroom suites, crown molding, walk-in showers, covered parking, and a roof deck that includes a complete serving kitchen, trellis-covered plaza, seating area and fire pits.
