Scope Of Work
Our relationship with Woodburn Premium Outlets spanned over 10 years and included completion of all five phases, totaling over 475,000 sf of finished retail buildings. The end result is one of the highest quality, distinctive and exquisitely-detailed retail centers in the Northwest and is the busiest tourist attraction in the state. In order to complete the project we had to work through a record-breaking winter season, cement-treat over one million square feet of ground, improvise custom-made debris nets to allow work to take place overhead and on grade at the same time in order to meet the owner's aggressive schedule.
