Scope Of Work
This four-story, design / build project measured 105,000 sf. The shell was comprised of concrete and steel and the exterior skin was white precast concrete with glass curtain walls and fixed glazing. The building included state-of-the-art thermal energy and ice storage systems. It also included extensive detailed millwork in the courtrooms and judge's chambers.
