Scope Of Work
This project consisted of remodeling a 225,130 sf two-story fully sprinklered shopping center within an existing building envelope. The scope of work included the demolition of an existing Ruby’s, LA Fitness and Souplantation, and all of the landlord required work which included a new electrical room and new custom elevator. Additional work involved interior and exterior tenant improvements of an 7,900 sf Pier 1 Imports store.
