Scope Of Work
Located across from the Portland Convention Center, Hotel Eastlund is a 168 room, four-star luxury boutique hotel created by a major renovation of the former Red Lion Hotel. The work required stripping the old building down to its concrete frame and then creating a sophisticated and modern interior with a focus on clean and bold lines. Our scope included construction of the ground-floor restaurant, Citizen Baker, and also the roof-top, beer-centric bar and restaurant, Altabira City Tavern.
In order to meet the owner's time-sensitive schedule, the entire project was constructed in nine months, through the winter.
