Horst Excavating completed the site work for the Lancaster City Water Bureau’s new administration building in Lancaster, PA. Horst was involved in site clearing, stormwater management, drainage piping, rain garden excavation, storm sewer and sanitary sewer installation, and excavation for modular block retaining walls.
