Scope Of Work
A 244 Unit apartment complex located in the Massaponax area Southpoint, Spotsylvania County. Onsite amenities include a pool, clubhouse, service center and carwash. Our scope work involved the export 20,000 CY, 34,000 SF retaining wall, storm water management, storm drain systems, utilities, walkways and parking lots. The project was completed on time with an exceptional and often aggressive build out schedule.
