Scope Of Work
Grading and utility project for a future Royal Farms franchise and two future lots for later development. This work included excavation over 8,000 CY, installation over 2,100 LF 12? waterline (including a bore under Route 17, 450 LF sanitary sewer install, site lighting, upgraded traffic signals, stone, asphalt, and pavement markings to 3 paved roads and a turn lane from Route 17.
