The Board of Trustees of the Canal Pointe Condominium Association would like to thank you for your hard work during the paving project. The Board Management and the community as a whole were very pleased with the outcome of the project and were extremely impressed with the handling of the job.

Each year, the Board recognizes an individual who has dedicated themselves to serving the Community. This person is typically a volunteer with the Association. However, this year, the Board has chosen you as the recipient of the “Annual Community Service Award of the Canal Pointe Condominium Association.”

This honor is bestowed upon you for your unselfish dedication to the completion of the paving project on the property. Your name will be inscribed on a plaque which hangs in the Association office as the 25th recipient of this award.

Thank you, once again, for all your efforts on behalf of Canal Pointe. We wish you luck in all your future endeavors and hope to have you here serving our community again in the future.

After building several roads in New Jersey and working with several road contractors, I must say it was a breath of fresh air to work with a firm as professional as yours. I just wanted to take a few moments to compliment you and your crew on the fantastic paving job at Pine Brook Village. Your men worked quickly and efficiently and acted in a professional manner at all times. I was particularly impressed with your foreman Gene. He was most accommodating and we could not have asked for better service. Thank you again for the great job, and feel free to use Pine Brook Villages as a reference for any potential jobs you may have in the future.

Laura and I would like to thank you and your men who recently worked at our home. As with all the Rothberg projects, the work was beautiful which had a lot to do with your vigilance and attention to detail. The town of Middlesex would be a lot better off if your company got all the paving work!

Although it can in no way repay you, I have attached an official Summit Relay shirt for you. I enjoy speaking with you about track and field and I hope you like the shirt.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your participation in Watchung School’s first Touch-A-Truck Family Event. Your willingness to volunteer your equipment and time is a true indication of community spirit.
