Our Story

Hillcrest Paving and Excavating, Inc. of Union, New Jersey instills the image of strength and stability. Hillcrest Paving has been incorporated in the State of New Jersey since 1979 and specializes in commercial, industrial and municipal asphalt paving, excavating, milling, utilities and recreational facilities. Our company focuses on completing all of our projects within budget and properly the first time. Customer satisfaction and quality construction are the cornerstones of our business.

Our employees are OSHA trained in Trench Safety, Working Around Heavy Equipment, OSHA Confined Space Regulations and OSHA's Competent Person Rule. We have Certified Asphalt Paving Technologists on staff and receive annual training by the New Jersey Society of Asphalt Technologists. Hillcrest Paving has also received numerous safety awards and certificates. Our safety recognitions include being the recipient of the American Subcontractors Association of New Jersey Annual Safety Award, as well as receiving a Certificate of Honorable Mention for our safety record by the Utility & Transportation Contractors Association of New Jersey. Hillcrest Paving is committed to health and safety in the construction industry.
