Scope Of Work
Tri-State Commercial Roofing Corp. Installed an FM Approved Sika Sarnafil .060 mil. PVC membrane roofing system totaling over 500,000Sq/ft. This warehouse roof installation was furnished with 2- layers of 2.6" Sikatherm insulation. Upon inspection by Sika Sarnafil, a 20 year No Dollar Limit warranty was awarded to the property owner. There were many time constraints during this project, accompanied by inclement weather during the cold winter months.Tri-State Commercial Roofing overcame and exceeded all expectations of both the GC and property owner.
