Scope Of Work

-Tie in at the existing boiler, bypass line/ valves, hangers and supports, Insulation and aluminum jacketing for all new piping and insulation required for solar panels.

-The installation of all “Cogenra” supplied devices in the piping system (backflow preventer, pumps, gages, expansion tank, air separator, relief valves, make up water assembly, flow meter).

-Furnishing and installing the new roof drain connected to existing 3rd floor drain.

-Demolition of existing piping and removal from the site as shown is included.

-Core drilling for (8) penetrations for our piping.

-Crane charges (including CERTIFIED rigger per site requirements) to remove existing piping and hoist our new piping on roof.
