Scope Of Work
HVAC:
Includes all equipment as scheduled, air devices, exhaust systems, duct work, fabric ducting, LEED requirements, hangers and supports, insulation and an independent air balance.
Plumbing:
Includes all plumbing fixtures, drain waste and vent piping, approximately 75’ of excavation for Southwest gas, backflow preventers for kitchen equipment, rain leaders per P1.2, condensate lines, chlorination on new domestic water systems, and connection of kitchen equipment.
