Scope Of Work
Complete reroof of entire building 24,000 sqr. Ft. We installed a new EPDM fully adhered over the original built up roof system. We also install new custom color and fabricated perimeter metal and a protective walkway pad system around all of the HVAC units. We also custom fabricated and installed an OSHA safe steel ladder from the office roof to the primary roof level.
