Scope Of Work
This large, high-end apartment complex is located in a fashionable Santa Clara neighborhood. We worked with the owner, building manager and residents to upgrade many safety functions on their one/two unit apartments and bring them to code. Working efficiently and effectively, providing the project a quick timeline and quality finish, LEK Enterprises Inc.:
Retrofitted 80 hydronic water heaters for occupied units
Replaced 9-3" main water supply valves with full port ball valves
Installed 239 seismic gas valves
