Description: The Hudson WWTP was a two phase project. Phase 3 consisted of 24ft deep open excavation with soils stabilization for the new treatment building and the new headwork’s building. Dewatering for the headwork’s building, yard piping to the headworks and around the treatment building. Form and pour tank footings, foundations, sumps 24ft tall walls, influent channels, upper slabs, walkways and installation of reinforced steel to accommodate a new 12,325 sq ft treatment building. Phase 4 consisted of installation of 12,325 sq ft pre-engineered metal building with concrete block walls, interior metal stud walls with gypsum board for new bathrooms, control room, blower room, offices and chemical room. Installation of owner furnished sequencing batch reactor equipment, pumps, blowers, and bar screen. Supply and install process piping, chemical feed equipment, UV system, HVAC, Plumbing and electrical and controls.
