Scope Of Work
Silverplace apartments was developed as an edge of town infill in cooperation with the Marion County Housing authority. This project utilized a site the housing authority had previously attempted to develop. The site posed significant development challenges due to grade and relative elevation of adjacent properties. After several iterations our final configuration includes 93 units in 13 buildings. The property includes a community center and leasing office with a community pool, play area, and sport court.
