Scope Of Work
Project consisted of renovating 72,716 gallon hotel swimming pool (2,274 sq. ft)- 256 Lf. of new pool tile, 228 Lf. of Van Kirk coping, 228 Lf. of gem finish, 2,270 sq. ft of Diamond Brite Florida Gem. Van Kirk & Sons also provided new pool decking (16,800sq. ft.), paved hotel driveway (4,360 sq. ft.), and walkways, supplied pool lighting and new pool equipment room.
