Scope Of Work

NDL Group, Inc. was the selected general contractor hired to perform an exterior remodel at the Pioneer Hotel and Casino in Laughlin, Nevada.  This project consisted of the demolition of building siding and roofing components per the approved plans and specifications in order to upgrade the building exterior.  Tyvek underlayment was used as a part of the new siding system.  As water damaged areas were discovered they were removed and mold mitigation procedures were followed throughout the construction process. Sheeting, fascia upgrades, and concrete work were also performed.  Roofing modifications included the installation of standing seam metal roofing.
