Scope Of Work
The two buildings were constructed in 1997. The flat roof areas (56,300 sq. ft) were covered with a 3 ply Fiberglass Built Up Roof system surfaced with granular capsheet. Clay tile (18,500 sq. ft.) was installed on all mansard roof areas.
A few HVAC units were installed after construction was completed. This installation was completed by our Service Department following the Manufacturers Specifications.
We recently completed our 5 year roof survey on the 700 Jarvis property. This process will occur every 5 years throughout the roofs useful life. The maintenance items that required repair and/or restoration were completed and we extended our warranty an additional 5 years.
