Scope Of Work
DuroLast 50 mil PVC membrane was installed over the existing built up roof system using EPS fanfold insulation to separate the two systems.
The parapet walls were encapsulated with the 50 mil membrane and a terminated with a two piece Kynar coated flashing system. All sight screen supports were flashed using pre-fabricated boots heat welded to the field membrane.
The 21,600 sq ft roof system was completed in November 2004.
