Our Story

BOSS Construction, Inc. was established in 1992 by Tim and Trish Hart. BOSS has compiled a proven record of accomplishments along the west coast from Alaska to San Diego. BOSS performs high quality construction and exemplifies innovative thinking in the performance of our contract requirements. Our experience allows us to work collaboratively with owners and engineers on ideas to shorten project schedules, lessen impacts on surrounding environments, save owners money and most importantly, create safe conditions for workers and the general public.

We specifically seek out projects that are challenging and can be constructed with our own work forces. This complete control gives us the best insight into all aspects of the project creating the greatest opportunity for success for all involved. Our work consists of heavy civil projects like sewage and water treatment plants, seismic upgrades to dams and bridges, utilities, lift stations, railroad work, lagoon construction, demolition and site development. BOSS’ building projects include schools, churches, hospitals, operations and maintenance facilities.

BOSS places the highest value on safe work practices and is proud of its current .60 EMR rating. We offer our employees safety incentives and awards. We are a long-standing member of the AGC “Safety Team” and participate in the development of industry standards used to bring safer conditions to the construction work place. We have received a National Safety Award from the Associated General Contractors. BOSS Construction, Inc. is a drug-free workplace requiring pre-employment and random drug testing.
