Scope Of Work
This forty plus million dollar site development project is part of a major refit/expansion of one of the first outdoor malls of its kind in the United States. This project entails infrastructure replacement including installation of new gas, electric, water, sewer and drainage pipe up to 60″ in diameter at depths to 20′ below grade. Four pump stations were installed as well as three water quality structures over 25 feet below grade. Excavation for a precast parking structure, installation of a detention basin, major rock cuts to new and existing mall entrances within the mall property and on the Cross County Parkway, excavate for and erect retaining walls, along with extensive resurfacing of roadways and parking areas within the mall grounds. Excavate for and mobilize utilities for buildings housing a Hyatt Hotel, Red Lobster and Longhorn Steakhouse/Olive Garden co-share.
