Transit Construction Corp. (TCC) was formed in 2003 and is equally owned by William Mascetta; President and Norman Fell; Executive Vice President. The owners have a combined measure of experience exceeding 60 years in the industry canvassing the Metropolitan/Tri-State Region. Over this period, the client base has included both the Public and Private Sectors of the industry ranging in scope from Heavy/Highway; Transit; Facilities; Foundations; Underground Utility Work and Bridge Construction. In addition, project experience has extended beyond the traditional industry delivery method of Design – Bid – Build to include Design – Build as well as Competitive Negotiation.

Regardless of the range in scope or client, the consistent core value that fuels the momentum of the operation remains unchanged and is best summed up in its motto: “Client Satisfaction * Quality Construction * On Time * On Budget.”

To achieve this goal, the company prides itself on seeking solutions through a preventive approach to problem solving and conflict avoidance. The past several decades have found our industry growing in leaps and bounds especially given the Technological advances, however, in consideration of the “state” of infrastructure and the extreme demands required to maintain operating systems throughout the duration of a project while protecting both the public and the worker, Transit relies on a methodology of tight controls and a heightened level of effort on forecasting needs.
