Sandstone

Carefully removed deteriorated sandstone blocks and replaced in kind

Blocks with minor damage were salvaged and repaired in place with two-component, latex-modified, cementitious compounds that produce highly durable and compatible aesthetic repairs

Windows

Repairs to existing wood sash and frames using wood epoxy consolidant and putty

Cornice Repairs

Stripped existing coatings down to bare metal. Repaired sheet metal and coated with a high performance light industrial coating.
