Scope Of Work
Demolition of Old Lake Ave Concrete Bridge (West Side). Installation of (+/-) 200 – 14” concrete pile (Fishing Pier/Boardwalk/Kayak) and 9 -18” concrete pile (Floating Dock). New Seawall consisting of the installation of 200lf composite sheeting and concrete cap with rip rap boulders placed at the toe. Construction of; A. 600’ x 8’ wood fishing pier and B. 600’ x 6’ boardwalk pier with Observation Platform, including Metal Roof. Installation of an 8 slip floating dock and kayak launch. Upland improvements including; new concrete sidewalks, asphalt and stripping, pedestrian benches and bike racks.
