Scope Of Work
Design and Construct Secant Pile and Permanent Sheet Pile Foundations
Prepared PE design of permanent excavation support that further served as foundation walls carrying combined vertical and lateral loads. Design, fabricate and install temporary internal bracing system including hydraulic jacking struts. Construct approximately 450 lf of continuous concrete secant pile wall and approximately 700 lf of sheet piling. Construct reinforced concrete bond beam along top of secant pile wall to distribute column loads uniformly into the foundations.
