Scope Of Work

York Excavating Company partnered with a quality local general contractor to develop the site of this roughly 500,000 sf warehouse.

Project scope included installation & maintenance of erosion & sediment controls, clearing, mass grading, drilling & blasting of rock, excavation and backfill of the building foundation system, installation of the building slab stone base, segmental block retaining wall systems, sanitary sewer and water main installation, stormwater conveyance, installation of stormwater management rain gardens, fine grading and pouring of concrete curbs, fine grading and installation of concrete & asphalt stone bases, asphalt paving, and installation of various site amenities such as bollards, fencing, guiderail, line painting and signage.
