Community Asphalt Corp. represents OHL North America’s southeastern heavy civil construction group and is recognized as one of Florida’s leading contractors. The company is headquartered in Miami owns and operates asphalt production facilities in Miami-Dade, Fort Myers, Vero Beach, and West Palm Beach.

The company was founded in 1980 as an asphalt paving contractor and expanded its expertise to include all aspects of general road construction and transportation infrastructure. Community Asphalt became part of the OHL Group in 2006.

Community Asphalt serves public and private clients in Florida and has constructed thousands miles of highways and completed dozens of roadway improvement projects valued at more than $2B. The company provides traditional paving services including grading and paving, pavement milling, surveying, excavation, on and off-road hauling, drainage, utilities, base finishing, and highway sweeping. The company also provides, contracting, design-build, and financing for large construction projects including parking lots, industrial and retail complexes, roads and highways, and airport runways.
