Scope Of Work

The new neighborhood of Estancia at Wiregrass is New Tampa’s premier master-planned community, located just north of the Shops at Wiregrass in Wesley Chapel, Florida. Situated on 675 acres, Estancia will soon be home to over 1,100 single-family houses, boast a clubhouse, walking trails and neighborhood parks. Preferred Materials provided 63,000 square yards of asphalt and paving services to complete the job. This project is a great example of Preferred’s flexibility to accommodate customers who require asphalt installation to take place at specific intervals of the project schedule as Preferred worked with the developer to complete the project in four phases, over a 10-month span, as the community was built
