Scope Of Work
Nestle USA in Solon, with a two-phase construction project. An underground storm detention system was installed after excavating the existing parking lot on the east side the Nestle USA building on Harper and Bainbridge Roads. A aggregate base was installed and topped with asphalt paving and concrete curbing. A lighting system was also installed, landscaping added and the pavement was marked by Paving & Construction, as well. The ADA parking lot occupies 82,577 square feet space.
