Scope Of Work
Project involved demolition of existing service area, kitchen, counters, bathrooms, fixtures and millwork, installation of new millwork, electrical fixtures, reworking HVAC ductwork, furr downs, flooring, tile, bathroom partitions, plumbing, and fixtures. The project involved six (6) separate stores that were gutted and remodeled in 6 weeks, with crews managed and working 24/7. Allbrite performed 60% of the work and subcontracted all specialty trades.
